Ellen Pompeo recently opened up about her glowing skin and what makes her feel the most beautiful.
For the unversed, the 55-year-old American actress, who plays the role of Meredith Grey in the famous medical drama television series Grey's Anatomy, which completed its 21st season in May this year, looked glowing when she went to her Walk of Fame ceremony in April.
Seeing her radiant skin, people wanted to know the reason behind Pompeo’s glowing skin and her daily routine.
In a recent conversation with PEOPLE magazine, the Good American Family star, who has been serving as a brand ambassador of Meaningful Beauty since 2019, said it was her “chemistry” with Cindy Crawford that persuaded her to collaborate with the brand.
Pompeo quipped, “I am old enough to know that Cindy was one of the first women to have a beauty brand. I don't know of any other women in her position that were doing beauty brands back then when it wasn't cool or popular. I'm sure she got more than a few eye rolls.”
Talking about the Youth Activating Melon Serum, which helps enhance skin elasticity and hydration using melon leaf stem cell and Hydrosome H₂O technologies, she noted, “I love the serum. That's my hero product from the line, and, I think that's their best product.”
In addition, the Daredevil alum showed her love for the brand’s eye patches, the Revive and Brighten Eye Masques, especially while travelling, as she “can totally wear them on a plane and just go to sleep.”
However, Pompeo emphasised that “diet and exercise is honestly the key. I know everybody says it, but I really do. I'm a pretty regimented person. Very disciplined. My husband [Chris Ivery] says I'm the most disciplined person he knows which I think is a compliment.”
“I'm really quite militant about the way I eat and what I eat. But I really try to manage it. I really just try to eat dark chocolate and cherries,” she said.
