An expert has just made note of how badly Prince Harry’s image has floundered since he married Meghan Markle, especially in light of the fact that he’s made no major contribution to the world since then.
Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams is the expert in question, and he spoke to Fox News Digital about this ‘root cause’.
He started by saying, “almost all of Harry's achievements, such as Invictus, Sentebale - though he has now stepped down from the board – and WellChild, were before he married Meghan.”
For those unversed, one of his programs, the Invictus Games will be held in the UK next, and news of this has even caused sources to allude to a reconciliation attempt via invitations.
About them the expert admitted, “the Invictus Games are undoubtedly remarkable and may lead to a form of royal reconciliation,” but he didn’t fail to mention everything else that’s caused strife and made the rift grow larger. Like the Oprah interview, the Harry and Meghan Netflix series, not to mention the Spare memoir.
According to Mr Fitzwilliams, all of this “did considerable damage to the royal family.”
“There is no doubt he and Meghan appear happy bringing up their two children in Montecito. [But] Harry’s 2023 ‘Heart of Invictus’ and 2024’s ‘Polo’ for Netflix were not widely watched. His appearance in Meghan’s [‘Baby Mama Dance’] video looked so second-rate,” he also pointed out.
Plus, “his recent outburst over security on the BBC shows he can be edgy and impetuous. Had he and Meghan remained senior royals, though there were undoubtedly deep stresses, they would have had a role in soft power and affecting world events.”
