KARACHI: Pakistani rupee weakened against the US dollar in the interbank and open markets on Wednesday.
Dollar value increased by 56 paisa in the interbank while its price soared by 50 paisa in the open market.
At the end of the day the dollar was being traded at Rs 103 in the open market. Forex dealers said the dollar's demand has surged in the hope that its value might increase.
