KARACHI: A local court on Thursday sent the Rangers soldier involved in killing of taxi driver on physical remand till July 22.
Police produced the accused before the judicial magistrate and sought 10-day remand. However, the judge remanded the accused in police custody till July 22.
Ghulam Rasool opened fire on a taxi Ali in Gulistan-e-Jauhar area of the city on Tuesday when the driver allegedly didn't pull over after the Rangers signaled him to stop for routine checking near Kamran Chowrangi.
