Capital Police impose fine on 19 tinted glass vehicles

ISLAMABAD: Capital Police on Monday removed black papers from 19 tinted glass vehicles and impose fine during general hold up in the city, a police spokesman said.

According to details, SSP Islamabad Muhammad Rizwan has directed all police officials to ensure effective security and patrolling measures in their respective areas.

He also directed police to take strict action against vehicles being driven without documents, professional beggars and criminal elements.

In compliance of the directions, Islamabad police launched a crackdown and impounded 54 bikes and 19 vehicles during general hold up.

SSP Islamabad Muhammad Rizwan has appreciated the overall performance and directed all police officials to ensure effective steps to ensure foolproof security in their respective areas.
