Anti dengue drive launched at town level
LAHORE: District government and Punjab Labour department have launched anti dengue drive at towns level to educate the people about safety measure to avoid epidemic of this disease during the next two months.

Chairing a meeting of the dengue response committee of the Ravi Town here on Thursday, Secretary Labour Capt (Retd) Muhammad Yousaf stressed the need to widen the drive to the graveyards, tyre shops, hotels, houses and junkyards.

Town administration will serve notices to the owners of houses and other target points to ensure the preventive measures at the places.

Secretary Labour said that posters and stickers would be published and distributed to the public about the anti dengue measures.

He also instructed to seal the buildings where dengue larva was found. (APP)
