KARACHI: Four people died in road mishaps in different area of the city on Monday.

A 40-years-old, Naeem Qureshi died in road accident near Nagan Chowgrani. The body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for autopsy, said rescue sources.

Muhammad Ismail, 35, son of Haji Lal Khan and Naimatullah, 40, son of Allah Bakhsh died in road accident near Gullbai Honda Atlas Company, Shershah within the remit of Site-B police station. They were seminary teacher at Al-Safa Madarsa, Baldia Town. A loaded Suzuki hit their bike.

Accused driver Abdul Sattar son of Yaqoob was caught, police said. The bodies were shifted to Civil Hospital Karachi for medico-legal formalities.

An unknown person, 30, died in train accident near Landhi Bridge Track within the limits of Landhi Railway police station.

He was hit by Lahore-bound Karakam Express, as he was crossing the track. He was seriously injured and died on way to hospital. The body was moved to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JMC) for autopsy. (PPI)
