HARARE: Pakistan were bowled out for a paltry 249 in the first innings of the 1st Test against Zimbabwe at Harare Sports club.
Pakistan were unable to add anything to their overnight score of 249/9.
Saeed Ajmal who was not out overnight on 49 was bowled by Chatara on the second ball of the day to deny him his second Test fifty.
Zimbabwe’s opening bowlers TL Chatara and T Panyangara finished with 3 wickets a piece giving away 64 and 71 runs respectively.
SW Masakadza and P Utseya supported them well with 2 wickets each.
