ISLAMABAD: The Army and Rangers will be deployed during by-elections in NA-122, NA-144, NA-154, PP-16 and PP-147.
The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has given the order for Army and Rangers deployed in the constituencies during by-elections.
The ECP has written letters to the Interior and Defence Secretaries to ensure all preparations are made for the deployment of Army and Rangers.
By-elections in the National Assembly constituencies will be held on October 11.
