Police said that unknown assailants opened fire on a drug den in Rehri Goth area of the Landhi Twon, killing two and injuring three others.
SSP Nasir Aftab said that extortion related dispute might be a cause of the armed attack.
The dead and injured were taken to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Complex (JPMC) for medico-legal formalities and treatment.
