LONDON: A 52-year-old man arrested by Scotland Yard on June 24 in connection with the murder case of Dr Imran Farooq has been re-bailed.
The suspect a British national of Pakistani origin appeared at a North West London police station this morning. A spokesman for the Scotland Yard said that the investigation was moving forward.
The 52-year-old had been arrested from the Heathrow airport after he had returned from Canada.
On Tuesday, British Home Secretary Theresa May during a visit to Pakistan said that the investigation into the murder case of Dr Farooq was ongoing.
