Selena Gomez ditches makeup following Golden Globes appearance

Selena Gomez embraced her natural glow after a whirlwind week of glam appearances.

Taylor Swift's friend took to Instagram Stories Friday, January 16 to share a fresh-faced selfie.

The picture showed off her radiant skin in a simple white tank top with her hair slicked back into a bun.

The relaxed snap came just days after Gomez hosted a Rare Beauty x Tezza collaboration launch event in Los Angeles.

There too she stunned in full glam looks to celebrate the release of the brand’s new product.

The collaboration with lifestyle brand Tezza Barton dropped on January 15, marking another milestone for Gomez’s beauty empire.

The 33-year-old launched in 2020 with the mission of encouraging fans to “embrace their own uniqueness.”

She said at the time of the launch, "Rare Beauty isn’t about how other people see you. It’s about how you see yourself.”

Her makeup-free moment followed a busy week that included attending the Golden Globes on January 11 alongside husband Benny Blanco and her Only Murders in the Building co-stars Steve Martin and Martin Short.

Gomez was nominated for Best Actress in a Television Series — Musical or Comedy, but she lost it to Jean Smart (Hacks).

After the ceremony, the group celebrated with a cozy diner outing still dressed in their Old Hollywood-inspired black-tie looks.
