Blake Lively reacts to major loss against Justin Baldoni: 'Devastated'

Blake Lively may have taken a major hit in court – but she’s not stepping out of the fight just yet.

In a dramatic turn in her ongoing legal battle with Justin Baldoni, a federal judge dismissed 10 of her 13 claims, including the headline-making sexual harassment allegations tied to their work on It Ends With Us.

The ruling significantly narrows the case, leaving only three – breach of contract and retaliation-related allegations – headed to trial in New York this May.

Behind the scenes, the decision has reportedly hit hard.

“She’s devastated,” one well-placed source told Rob Shutter. “This is not the outcome she expected.”

Another source paints an even more emotional picture: “She’s angry… She feels like her story isn’t being fully heard.”

The judge’s decision leaned heavily on legal technicalities, including Lively’s status as an independent contractor rather than an employee, and jurisdiction issues tied to where the alleged incidents took place. 

Still, the dismissal marks a significant moment in a case that has been closely watched in Hollywood.

Baldoni’s legal team has already called the ruling a win, emphasising that the most serious allegations were thrown out.

But do not expect Lively to quietly move on.

“Blake is not quitting,” the insider insisted. “She’s digging in.”
