But fans could not help but ask: was it for praise, an apology… or something more strategic?

Speculation ran wild.

At the same time, rumours about the Single Soon crooner and Benny Blanco splitting began circulating – later traced back to an unauthentic account, but not before adding fuel to the chaos.

Then came another viral clip: Gomez allegedly trying to get into Bieber’s rehearsal area, only to be stopped by tight security. Real or misidentified? No one seems entirely sure – but that did not stop the internet.

Meanwhile, Hailey’s move involving Eilish quickly turned into an “it girl” moment online. What some initially questioned was soon reframed as a “kind gesture” with many even apologizing for previously casting her as the villain in the long running Selena-Justin narrative.
