The injured was immediately rushed to the Lady Reading Hospital. The blast occurred in street No. 5 in front of a house Faqirabad Colony in Peshawar City.
The nature of the blast was yet to be ascertained. However initial report said that it was a cylinder blast. The blast was heard in major localities of the provincial metropolis and people were seen coming out form their houses in panic.
