Princess Kate takes strong step to protect William from major turmoil

Princess Kate has proven to be an important part of the royal family especially as she takes on the role of not just the future Queen but also to raise the future monarch for the reign.

The significant position that Catherine holds were evident when she had stepped back from duties as she recovered from her cancer battle for around two years. As the Princess is finally in remission, she has taken the mantle yet again.

Royal experts have claimed that Catherine will be the first ever Queen to have a middle-class upbringing, which brings a fresh perspective – and much more normalcy – to the Firm. Royal biographer Christopher Andersen, Kate played an instrumental role for William as he recovered from the PTSD of his mother’s death.

“No partners in a marriage are exactly equal. Kate carries more weight on issues surrounding family, and she differs from her husband more on issues of organisation and policy,” he explained.

“They also have such different personalities. Privately, William can be moody, taciturn, and like his father, volatile,” he added, noting that these traits are from William suffering from the big loss as a child.

During this time, Kate has been an “emotional rock” for her husband but she is no pushover.

She is well-aware of the pressure that is on her and William, but she carried a “unique sense of calm, a kind of natural serenity that keeps her from ever getting rattled”.

Christopher quoted a friend of William and Kate’s who revealed the secret of the future Queen, “She faces each challenge as it comes, and takes one day at a time.”

The author pointed out that since Kate “puts one foot in front of the other and as a consequence she never puts a foot wrong”.
