Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has apparently set to come out of his hideout for a court appearance during times when his ex-spouse is making escape plans.

On Wednesday, July 29, the former Duke of York is set to present evidence via a video link against a man, Alex Jenkinson, for "threatening" him.

As per Express.co.uk, the accused has been charged with two counts of using "threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour" to cause distress and harass. It is understood that one of the charges relates to Andrew.

A trial will begin on Wednesday, where King Charles' brother is expected to share his side of the story from a remote location.

As per reports, Beatrice and Eugenie's father faced this harassment when he was walking his dogs near his home at Marsh Farm.

The update about Andrew's court appearance follows Rob Shutter's revelation that Fergie has been reaching out to her wealthy friends in the US to find refuge from the spotlight after her private space became known.
