William, Kate set crucial ban for George, Charlotte, Louis love life: Details

Prince William and Princess Catherine are slowly preparing themselves and the world to treat their three children respectfully as people first and then as members of the royal family.

Prince George is already stepping into a new era this September, as he joins Eton College this September. As a teenager, the young prince could get into some harmless shenanigans, which the media could use it out of context.

There will also come a time when the royals would finally find romantic partners. Dealing with a relationship already comes with a rollercoaster of emotions and handling all of that can be a daunting prospect – something Prince Harry is very familiar with.

Hence, William and Kate have learned their lessons from the past and are making sure that their children don’t experience the same. According to royal biographer Simon Vigar, the couple is putting “the Gentleman’s Agreement” in place.

He revealed to GB News that the parents will be the ones managing “public introduction of their children’s future spouses”.

“In terms of when George, Charlotte and Louis complete university, once they’re in their 20s, I think it’ll be a similar deal, and privacy law is changing all the time,” Simon explained, noting how William and Kate benefited from the same agreement.

It is believed that the possible romantic partners of the young royals would be expected to keep confidentially of their relationship as well.

“There will be similar conversations,” he continued. “I would have thought occasional public bust-ups as well about what can be printed about the people that we know are going out with the young royals... it'll definitely develop.”
