Taylor Swift earns applause with grand gesture for Eras Tour crew member

Taylor Swift seems to be an employer right out of dreams, as her gestures and generous care for people working with her continues to win hearts.

The 36-year-old pop superstar handed out hefty bonuses to her Eras Tour crew members during the two-year long historic tour, but that was not all.

Social media is currently flooded with praises for the 14-time-Grammy winner after a post revealed Swift's incredible gesture for one of the staff members. 

The Fate of Ophelia hitmaker reportedly granted access to her private jet and a $100,000 in cash to an employee whose wife had encountered a medical emergency while they were in Asia for tour. 

Swift also assured the crew member that his job would be waiting for him when he returns after taking care of the emergency.

Flocking to the comments, Swifties wrote, "Oh taykind we love you," and "We have the kindest girl in the world being the biggest pop star ever, and some people are trying to discredit her..."

Another chimed in, "This is why her carbon footprint is big, she’s lending it to EVERYONE, while one added, "i’m not even joking when i say taylor swift is princess diana reincarnated."

Someone joked, "is there a job opening at her team?"
