Meghan Markle, who's in Britain with Harry and their children, is said to have brought her Hollywood management style right back with her.

The Duchess is finding top household staff in the UK, but it's already becoming a headache as the past allegations resurface.

An isider claims to Rob Shuter: “Meghan runs things like a California CEO — emails at dawn, instant answers and everything treated like an emergency.”

They went on, “That might impress people in Hollywood. In a traditional British household, it can send excellent staff running for the door.”

They explained why it's being difficult for the Duchess to find a staff of her choice, saying that the issue isn’t Meghan having high standards. It’s expecting British employees to embrace an American work culture.

Harry's wife has been advised to change her way of dealing with the staff, adding: “She had major staff problems before leaving Britain, yet she’s returned expecting Britain to change rather than changing how she operates.

"She learned nothing from last time,” according to the insider.

Her comeback also comes as disputed allegations about previous job interviews resurface, including claims applicants were expected to remain silent while Meghan reviewed their résumés. Her camp strongly denies those accusations.

“Britain’s best people don’t need Meghan Markle. They have options, they compare notes and they remember reputations,” the source revealed.
