Adrian Szymaniak, who appeared on Married at First Sight, has sadly died at the age of 39.

The reality star was fighting a serious brain tumour for more than a year as he was diagnosed with glioblastoma in July 2025.

Adrian went through surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. He, however, also tried private treatment as he continued to fight the illness.

His condition became worse in his final weeks and he needed care around the clock. He died on September 5 with his loved ones close to him.

His wife Anita confirmed the sad news. The couple first met while taking part in the Polish version of Married at First Sight.

They got married in 2018 and later welcomed two children. Even during Adrian’s illness, they stayed by each other’s side.

The couple, moreover, also renewed their wedding vows in December 2025.

Adrian shared his cancer journey online and often tried to stay positive. Fans also came together to help him, raising more than £500,000 for his treatment.

His funeral was held on Wednesday in Żołędowo.

Adrian leaves behind his wife, their two children, his family and many fans who supported him throughout his difficult journey.
