Jennifer Aniston's boyfriend Jim Curtis reveals their morning ritual

Jennifer Aniston's boyfriend, Jim Curtis, has given a sneak peek into their relationship, saying that they are both spreading the message of spirituality to 'many more' people.

The Friends famed star, 57, has been dating hypnotist Jim Curtis, 50, since sparking rumours in July 2025 after an intimate vacation in Mallorca, Spain.

The wellness coach was recently interviewed by the actress at a live Q&A to promote his new book.

Mixing his relationship with his work has been an organic process, according to Curtis as he admits in a new interview about his new celeb status: 

'Aren't I blessed to be of interest?' 

'And to have the opportunity that if there is a soul, person or mind that is interested in my work, that now I have the potential to bring it to them. And that is my mission.'

Curtis tells The Sunday Times Magazine in a new interview that whilst his mission is to help as many as he can, he relishes time with Aniston at her $21million LA home. He splits his time between there and his own New York apartment.

When at Aniston's home Curtis rises early to do sit-ups in bed and then feed his girlfriend's three dogs and bring her coffee before the couple start their morning meditation ritual.

'We take real responsibility to go within and understand and soothe ourselves. So we meditate together,' Curtis reveals. 'I meditate and I'll say things like "I'm divinely guided", meaning I don't have to worry, it's all working out.' 

Meanwhile his new book focuses on his belief in the 'quantum field'- an energetic space where every possible version of your life exists simultaneously.

It is pertinent to mention that Jennifer went Instagram official with Jim to mark his birthday last November.
