Bradley Cooper, Margot Robbie filming in France for 'Ocean's Eleven' prequel

Bradley Cooper and Margot Robbie took their Ocean's Eleven prequel to the beach on Tuesday, September 15, filming scenes by the water in Saint-Tropez, France. 

The two appeared on set in beachwear befitting the film's 1960s setting, as previously reported by The Hollywood Reporter in July.

The Hollywood Reporter had also confirmed that Vicky Krieps, George MacKay, Jack Holden, Lauren Ridloff, Omar Sy, Wagner Moura and Josh Gad round out the cast of the untitled prequel, which follows Danny Ocean's parents, played by Cooper and Robbie, as they pull off a heist during the 1963 Monaco Grand Prix, with Moura playing a villain. 

Sources confirmed to PEOPLE back in March that Cooper had signed on to write and direct the film after Lee Isaac Chung, previously attached to helm the project, stepped away earlier this year. 

The Saint-Tropez shoot comes roughly a month after Cooper and co-star Monica Barbaro were spotted filming scenes together in Paris.

The untitled Ocean's Eleven prequel is set for release on June 25, 2027.
