Heidi Klum is already plotting her next Halloween takeover—and judging by her latest tease, things are about to get seriously bloody.
The supermodel told People magazine that her 2026 Halloween costume is already in the works, revealing, “It goes very well with red wine,” before adding, “It’s very, very bloody.”
The clue comes as Klum teams up with Apothic Wine for limited-edition Apothic Type ‘A’ Blood Bags. And apparently, the gory theme fits Halloween perfectly.
“A great glass of wine is always fun… and most of the time you think of something gory when you have a blood transfusion bag,” Klum said. “That’s what Halloween is all about. We go gory, and we go there.”
But behind the jaw-dropping costumes is a seriously uncomfortable beauty routine. Klum said removing prosthetics can be brutal, recalling, “I’ve had chunks ripped off my chest before because they went too fast.”
Her solution? Plenty of post-Halloween skincare. “Afterwards, I use the midnight cream from L’Oréal Paris,” Klum explained. “It’s the richest cream, and it’s more for aging skin.”
Then there’s the bathroom problem. Klum admits she stops drinking two or three hours before getting into costumes that are difficult to remove.
And when the costume becomes too much? She has a hilarious backup plan.
“Last year when I was Medusa, I wanted to go back to the party. I couldn’t be in it any longer with all those snakes on my head. I was like, ‘Take it off!’” she said.
Klum and husband Tom Kaulitz eventually returned wearing hotel bathrobes and towels on their heads.
As for the perfect Halloween party? Klum says it comes down to “the people,” “the music,” and “the lighting”—plus plenty of snacks.
