Princess Kate's glamorous next move revealed after run of royal appearances

Princess Kate had a particularly busy start to autumn, with a series of appearances signalling a return to some of the biggest moments on the royal calendar.

Last week, the Princess of Wales was pictured at Eton College as she accompanied her eldest son, Prince George, for the start of his new school journey. 

Eton is where Prince William was educated, meaning George is now following in his father's footsteps at the prestigious Berkshire school.

Kate's has been making a series of appearances across the country following a period in which her health had kept her largely away from the public eye.

She recently returned to the Royal Marsden Hospital in London, where she had previously received treatment, meeting patients and speaking with members of the medical team. 

She and William also made a surprise appearance in Liverpool for World Suicide Prevention Day, where they unveiled a new suicide prevention toolkit. 

The Princess is now preparing for another very different kind of engagement.

On 22 September, Kate and William are due to attend the world premiere of Tom Cruise's new film Digger at London's Leicester Square.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have also returned to the UK with their children, Archie and Lilibet, and Meghan has been sharing glimpses of their family life on social media, including countryside walks and time spent together at home.
