Emma Watson joins Cynthia Erivo for star studded Hollywood night

Emma Watson made a rare public appearance in Los Angeles, giving fans chance to see her again after keeping a low profile.

The Harry Potter star attended the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art gala over the weekend.

Emma was among many famous names who came together for the special night.

The 36-year-old star wore a black velvet minidress with pretty flower details as she finished the look with matching black heels.

During the evening, Emma was seen chatting with Cynthia Erivo, Lilly Singh and Janelle Monae.

The Wicked star also chose a black velvet dress for the event as her dress got large skirt that made the look stand out.

The night also brought out stars including Kim Kardashian, Eva Longoria and Katy Perry.

The event was held before the museum opens to the public. George Lucas and Mellody Hobson hosted the gala at the new museum in Los Angeles.

Emma has not been seen at many public events lately as her last big appearance was at the Venice Film Festival.

Before that, the Beauty and the Beast actress spent some time in St Tropez, France, during a holiday.

She was also seen with a man in Oxford in June. People who saw the pair said they looked like they were having a cute date.

Moreover, earlier, Emma’s father, Chris Watson, also talked about how he helped her stay close to normal life while she was growing up as a famous actress.
