Presley Gerber's cause of death revealed with shocking incident

Presley Gerber’s death has brought new details about the struggles he faced before his death at 27.

The son of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber died on September 20 at a rehab facility, according to the Los Angeles Medical Examiner. 

Before his death, Presley talked openly about getting help for his personal struggles.

In March, he shared a video saying he was going to have an “ibogaine flood dose.” He also wrote that he was “praying it’s the last time I have to come back.”

His family supported him during that time.

Cindy called her son a “warrior” and said she was proud of him. Rande also said he was proud of Presley and his courage.

His sister Kaia shared the same feelings, saying she was “so damn proud” of her brother.

Presley, however, earlier talked about his mental health in a video in December 2025.

He said he was dealing with a lot of loss and was taking some medicines. He also said he had seen about 15 psychiatrists and wanted more help with his medicines.

Presley also said he was trying to stay away from some people around him while working on himself.
