Lucy Hale fuels ‘Pretty Little Liars' reboot hopes with promising update

Aria Montgomery fans should start paying attention.

More than a decade after Pretty Little Liars first premiered, Lucy Hale has opened the door to a potential reunion with the original cast.

During a new interview, she revealed that she has also heard the whispers about a possible reboot and would be on board if it actually happens.

“We’ll see, I would love to. I feel like I’m at a point now where I’d absolutely be so down, I think everyone else would be as well,” the Truth or Dare actress stated while speaking on the On Purpose with Jay Shetty podcast. The episode aired on Monday, September 21.

Hale, 37, addressed the possibility of revisiting the beloved teen mystery series and indicated that she feels ready to step back into the world of Rosewood.

The seven Teen Choice Awards famously played Aria Montgomery, the artistic, fashion-forward member of the Liars whose return to Rosewood after studying abroad. 

She then embarked on a roller-coaster journey of secrets, romance and, of course, the relentless threats from the mysterious “A.”

The original series ran from 2010 to 2017, following Aria, Spencer Hastings, Hanna Marin and Emily Fields as they attempted to uncover the identity of “A” while dealing with secrets surrounding the disappearance of their friend Alison DiLaurentis.
