Prince Harry returns to US just days after family row takes drastic turn

Prince Harry appears to be “booked and busy” as he returned to the US while family drama intensifies in his home country.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex had only moved back to Britain for few weeks with Harry undertaking his public engagements this past week.

Harry had attended the WellChild Awards on Monday, delivering an impassioned speech and sharing heartwarming moments with the young children who were honoured at the evening.

And now, King Charles’s second son was spotted in New York on Tuesday for the Clinton Global Initiative annual meeting. It is expected to run through Wednesday and cover discussion around AI, climate change and health.

The appearance seems to be a much-needed reprieve for the Duke of Sussex as his family is once again in a messy public row.

After Charles Spencer’s new book, written as a tribute to the late Princess Diana, made some damaging claims about the monarch, the past old wounds have been reopened and the Charles vs Charles feud is on again.

The King is understood to be furious, so much so, that Buckingham Palace made a brutal statement in unprecedented turn of events, to suggest that “fraternal grief” may have clouded Earl Spencer’s judgement – a different version of ‘recollection may vary’.

Prince William have kept his silence and Harry has so far not made a comment as well. Although, both of Diana’s sons have been mentioned in the book, but Harry is assumed to have privately approved of his uncle's book.

Hence, keeping busy with work could prove beneficial for Harry at the moment.
