Noah Kahan sends fans spiralling with official 'Hunger Games' announcement

The Hunger Games fans have finally received the official confirmation of their theories about Noah Kahan's part in the upcoming Sunrise on the Reaping movie, and they could not be more excited.

The 29-year-old folk-indie musician took to social media and confirmed the news himself, with a heartfelt caption and some glimpses into the recording process.

The Northern Attitude hitmaker wrote, "'Draw You Out' for The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping (The Album)… out October 2nd."

He continued, "This is something I’ve always wanted to do and I am so grateful for the opportunity to write for this moving film, having adored the works of art by Suzanne Collins. I was already totally connected and inspired by the tragic yet hopeful story of Haymitch and Lenore Dove, and writing a song about the purpose, grief and perseverance through pain that they exemplify was an experience I’ll always be grateful for. This is an incredible film, and I am so honored to be a small part of it."

Fans immediately flocked to the comments and expressed their excitement, writing, "THE PERFECT CHOICE," and "YOU HEARDDDD MEEEE."

A third chimed in, "OH MY GOD I AM SO PROUD OF YOU NOAH THIS IS SO EXCITING," and "noah kahan writing a song for the haymitch movie is gonna wreck people," wrote another.

While more echoed, "this song is gonna ruin me isn’t it."

The album is scheduled to be released prior to the movie coming out on November 20.
