Zayn Malik and Ayra Starr’s Heaven Baby music video is finally coming

On Friday, September 25, the former One Direction star excited fans by sharing the first look of the upcoming music video

He posted a collection of behind-the-scenes clips from the making of the video and captioned the Instagram post, writing, “Some early BTS… video coming… soon.”

That was enough to send the ZQUAD into anticipation mode.

Fan accounts reshared the footage, urging fans to gear up to enjoy the long-awaited official music video, expected to arrive next week.

The BTS footage offers a sneak peek at the pair's on-camera chemistry, showing the Dusk Till Dawn hitmaker and Ayra, whose real name is Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe, in stylish settings ranging from modern interiors to rooftop-style locations.

The clips also capture more relaxed moments between takes. One moment captured as the Nigerian singer-songwriter appears to gift Zayn, 33, Pokémon/Yu-Gi-Oh! cards, prompting an adorably excited reaction from the singer.

One fan account hilariously summed up the moment with the reaction, “He's 3 years old.”

The teaser also shows the pair enjoying drinks in red party glasses and sharing casual interactions between shots.

For the unversed, Heaven Baby was released on August 14, as part of 24-year-old Ayra’s Starr Girl album. 

The R&B and Afrobeats collaboration quickly became a talking point among both artists' fanbases, with listeners eagerly waiting for a full visual to accompany the track.

While a visualizer and lyric video arrived around the song's release, fans have continued to wait for the official music video.

Now, Zayn's BTS post suggests that the wait could finally be coming to an end.
