Meghan Markle has embraced life in the UK once more, as an update about her latest activities has been released.

The Duchess of Sussex has joined a stress-relieving activity at an exclusive private members' club to keep away from the limelight.

Meghan has been making friends and gaining her peace with reformer pilates at Soho Farmhouse.

According to The Sun, "Meghan absolutely loves reformer pilates. It's a great way for her to unwind as well as make new friends in the area.

"Meghan has become a regular at the classes inside the Wellness Barn, and she's chatty and polite. Everyone in the classes gives her space.

"It's a very tranquil setting, and no one wants to disturb her peace."

For the unversed, Soho Farmhouse is quite popular among A-list celebrities and other high-profile figures with a membership fee of £4,500.

An insider told Archie and Lilibet's mother is a regular at the upmarket Oxfordshire retreat as she and her family began a new chapter in the UK.
