Archie, Lilibet to face another crucial change after new school: ‘on alert'

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s children may have go through another drastic transition following the school change in Britain.

The Sussexes still do not have a verdict on the police protection as RAVEC is still conducting a risk assessment. And given the uncertainty surrounding their situation, the family had to change schools just two days after the children had joined.

Harry recently confirmed that Archie and Lilibet are doing “great” at their new school, but Meghan is “rattled” with the arrangements in their new abode.

“Meghan’s not happy,” a friend told New Idea following the incident of Meghan’s number leaking via a parents’ WhatsApp group. “She’s worried for their safety.”

They added, “They’ve gone to so much trouble to keep their details private, so having her number cast all over the county was distressing. She’s convinced it’s only a matter of time before their address gets out too.”

There was reportedly a warning letter sent to the new school as well as the neighbouring schools.

“She’s on high alert and it wouldn’t be a surprise if she’s got ‘grab-and go’ bags packed already,” the source said.

The Duchess is seeking help from her friends Ellen DeGeneres, 68, and her wife Portia De Rossi, 52, about “A-list boltholes in the area” in case of emergency. Also, a “trusted hotel comes with an extra security layer at the front desk”.

It remains to be seen how things will pan out for the family as other reports have stated that Meghan is determined to make things work.

According to the insiders, Ellen and Portia are well-versed in the area understand the pressure Harry and Meghan are under.
