Harry, Meghan vow to raise Archie, Lilibet free from royal constraints?

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have seemingly drawn a red line for their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, doing their best to ensure a normal life for them, free from royal restrictions.

"The Duke and Duchess of Sussex may not want their children to live a life dictated by royal rules, having felt exhausted and restricted themselves while in the Palace," an insider close to the couple claimed.

"Meghan and Harry are well aware that being royal means you can't live entirely on your own terms. It's a full-time duty that demands unwavering discipline and binds you to age-old traditions and restrictions," they added.

The Sussexes weren't even allowed by the late Queen to be half-in, half-out, balancing royal duties with a private life. They were left with only one option: to step down as senior working royals.

However, while the Duke always wishes for his children to stay connected with their royal relatives, it does not mean he envisions a role for them within the monarchy.

The Sussexes won't mind if their kids willingly embrace their British roots and royal heritage. Archie, 7, is old enough to ask questions and understand that his family circumstances are unusual, according to the expert.

On the other hand, Kinsey Schofield recenly took a jibe at the Sussexes for their latest move, saying: "Harry spent years telling us why he needed to escape royal life, said his father and brother were trapped, but now appears determined to make sure his children understand and retain their connection to it."
