Catherine, the Princess of Wales, received a heartfelt apology after a podcaster referred to her by the wrong name
Taylor Swift's sister-in-law, Kylie Kelce, rectified her mistake by apologising to the future Queen after calling her "Princess Kate" on her podcast.
On the latest episode of Not Gonna Lie, Jason Kelce's wife said, "I love learning, so I was unaware that calling Princess Catherine Princess Kate was offensive. I didn't know that. Now I know that. Now I will proceed accordingly."

Kylie said it was a genuine mistake and that, from now on, she will be careful to refer to people in the "most respectful way and how they feel respected."
Mrs Kelce sent a direct message to the Princess of Wales, "Princess Catherine, or the Princess of Wales, I apologise. I will get that sorted immediately, starting now."
The controversy began when Kylie Kelce, on her previous podcast episode, extended an invitation to Catherine to be her guest.
She said at the time, "Princess Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, if you ever wanted to come on and chitchat about some field hockey and maybe kids. I don't know. We got a couple things in common."
Kylie also mentioned Prince William's appearance on the New Heights Podcast with Jason and Travis Kelce.
However, the way the Princess of Wales was referred to did not sit well with her fans, forcing Kylie Kelce to make a correction in a new statement.

Notably, since Harry and Meghan returned to the UK, there has been speculation that the couple might publicly apologise to the royal family, including Catherine, for years of negative comments.
This could mark the beginning of a new chapter for the Sussexes in the UK.
