ISLAMABAD: Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Najam Sathi has said that all out efforts would be made to revive international cricket in the country.
Talking to Pakistan Television he said that important steps would be taken to bring back international cricket in the country.
He said that all former chairmans of PCB would be consulted in this regard. He said that there is need to focus on domestic cricket to hunt talented and young men for playing national and international level cricket.
He said that a committee would be formed to draft new constitution for bringing improvement in the selection election and other matters in the PCB.
Replying to a question he said that Imran Khan’s vision for restoring national cricketing would be given importance and due consideration.
Chairman PCB said that there is mismanagement in the auditing area which would be rectified soon.
To another question he said that PCB would take all necessary measures to bring improvement in all matters.
He said that all out efforts would be made to ensure security for the international teams in the country. (APP)
