11 suspects held in Rangers raids

Karachi: Pakistan Rangers Sindh on Saturday arrested 11 suspects in different raids and recovered weapons from their possession.

Rangers spokesman said targeted raids were conducted in Jam Memon Goth, Ghreebabad, Jamali Goth, Janjal Goth, Pehalwan Goth, Hussain Hazara Goth, Natha Khan Goth, Dawood Chali, Kausar Town, Kanwari Colony, Mianwali Colony and Masroor Colony areas last night.

He said a targeted search operation against elements of banned outfits and Lyari Gang War also conducted in Rexer Colony, Mauripur Grex this morning.

He said during the raids 11 criminals including members of banned outfits and Lyari gang war elements were arrested.

He said Rangers also recovered 36 weapons including SMGs and mixed ammo. (PPI)
