KARACHI: A bill seeking an increase in traffic fines was approved by the Sindh Assembly on Monday.
There will be an Rs150 fine for riding a motorcycle without a helmet while drivers will be fined Rs500 for making wrong turns.

The fine for vehicles with tinted glasses has been increased to Rs1,000 from Rs300. Drivers will also have to pay a fine of Rs1,000 for violating the traffic lane.
Buses which are overloaded and provide seating on the roof to commuters will be fined Rs1,000.
