QUETTA: At least two people were killed and 16 others injured in an explosion near double road here on Thursday.
According to initial police reports at least five kilograms of explosives were planted in a motorcycle.
The blast caused damage to five cars, three motorcycles and a rickshaw while windows of buildings in the area were shattered.
Police and FC have cordoned off the area and started an investigation.
Following the blast the injured were shifted to the Civil Hospital where three are said to be in critical condition.
