Narcotics 29 drug pushers held; narcotics recovered

LAHORE: Green Town police Sunday claimed to have arrested 29 drug pushers and recovered heroin, hashish and liquor worth millions of rupees from their possession during different raids.

SP Sadar Awais Malik constituted special police team led by SPO Township and officials of PS Green Town which conducted raids at hideouts of different drug pushers and arrested them.

The police also recovered three kg heroin, 12 kg hashish and 820 litres liquor.

The drug pushers have been handed over to Investigation Wing for investigation. DIG Operations Rana Abdul Jabbar has announced cash and commendatory certificates for the raiding team.
