ANF arrest seven drug smugglers including two foreigners
ISLAMABAD: Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) recovering 16 kg heroin, 8.4 kg charas and 1.2 kg opium arrested seven drug smugglers including two foreigners.

According to detail, ANF Peshawar Airport team arrested Muhammad Ejaz at Peshawar Airport and recovered 6.9 kg heroin tactfully concealed in his trolley bag.

He was to travel to Athens via Dubai by Emirates Airlines Flight No. 637.

ANF Peshawar arrested Abdul Rasheed and recovered 6 kg charas from his personal possession. He was arrested near Panian Karakuram Highway.

ANF Peshawar arrested Wali Rehman and recovered 1.2 kg opium from his personal possession. He was arrested near Tank Bus Stand D.I Khan.

ANF Lahore arrested an accused namely Afsar Malik and recovered 4.2 kg heroin from his personal possession. He was arrested at Niazi Bus Stand Band Road Lahore.

ANF Lahore arrested a female accused namely Saghiran Bibi and recovered 2.4 kg charas from her personal possession. She was arrested at Multan Road near Bhai Phero bypass, District Kasur.

ANF Rawalpindi seized an unattended shopping bag and recovered 4 kg heroin packed in the bag near Galaxy Hotel Main GT Road Mandra Rawalpindi.

ANF Rawalpindi arrested two Nigerian nationals namely Monday Awo (Male) and Olatayoe Omolabake alias Mama (Female) and recovered 53 heroin filled capsules (weighing 901 grams) from their possession. They were arrested at Faizabad Bus Stop Murree Road Rawalpindi. Cases have been registered at ANF Police Stations and further investigations are under process.
