HONG KONG: Hong Kong stocks dipped 0.27 percent in the opening exchanges Tuesday, ahead of a US Federal Reserve policy meeting and as investors keep an eye on the unfolding crisis in Iraq.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index dipped 63.04 points to 23,237.63 in the first few minutes of trade.
