Services chiefs of Pakistan's armed forces and Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee are attending the ceremony.
Opposition leader Syed Khursheed Shah, Raheed Gondal, Mehmood Khan Achakzai, Ejazul Haq, Federal Ministers Khawaja Asif, Ishaq Dar, Pervaiz Raheed are also present.
