A citizen, Mahmood Akhtar Naqvi, citing media reports that more than 35 legislators are dual nationals and Article 63 bars such individuals to become member assembly.
A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry heard the case and issued notices to the Federation, all the provinces and Election Commission of Pakistan and fixed March 12 for next hearing.
