SA adopts resolution against posters for Mohajir province

KARACHI: The Sindh Assembly on Friday unanimously adopted a resolution to condemn wall-chalkings and posters for the creation of Mohajir province, Geo News reported.

MQM supported the resolution, saying that all residents of Sindh condemn such kind of thinking.

The bill was moved by MPA of Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) Nusrat Saher. Shazia Marri, Sassi Palejo, Arif Jatoi, Nadir Magsi and others supported it.

In the resolution it is demanded that the Sindh government unearth the hidden hands behind this.

MQM MPA, Amir Moin Pirzada said his party supports this resolution, adding that the MQM would not support any kind of thinking about division of Sindh.
