Balochistan law and order case: 3 missing persons recovered
ISLAMABAD: During proceedings of the Balochistan law and order case, the Supreme Court was informed that three more missing persons were recovered and returned to their homes in Quetta on Monday.

The apex court held the federal and provincial governments responsible for failing to maintain peace in Balochistan and Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhamamd Chaudhry remarked that the court would not rest until rule of law was restored in the province.

The Supreme Court ordered that the three missing persons be presented in the Quetta registry on April 30 and IG Balochistan should inform the court about which agency had picked them up?

The missing persons were recovered following the directives of Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry. They went missing from Killi Ismail area of Quetta three weeks ago.

Chief Justice Chaudhry also inquired as to why there were so many target killings in Balochistan and who would control the situation there.

It is pertinent to mention that ten missing persons have been recovered in Quetta in the past ten days following the Supreme Court’s directives.
