LAHORE: Monsoons wreaked havoc in Lahore on Saturday as city’s 60 electricity feeders tripped in the wake of heavy downpour leaving most of the areas without power, Geo News reported.
Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) said the technical fault, which led to this power suspension, was being taken care of.
Nisbat Road, Gawalmandi, Bhati Gate, Lohari Gate, MAO Hospital, Davis Road, Gardhi Shahoo, Empress Road, Ichchara, Shah Jamal, Islamia Park, Samanabad, Batapur, Dharampura, Outfall Road, Krishan Nagar, and Mazzang are among the areas hit by power breakdown.
