PTI stands with Supreme Court: Imran Khan
LAHORE: Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman, Imran Khan Wednesday said he had nothing to do with the Charter of Democracy and that his party stood with the Constitution and the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Talking to media persons here, Imran Khan said opposition feared that if cases were reopened against President Zardari, it would be their turn next.

"The Charter of Democracy was agreed between two parties and that we have no connection with it," he said, adding Tehreek-e-Insaf stood with the Constitution and Supreme Court.

He termed the 'independent judiciary' a blessing for the country and called upon the media to support it too.

Imran Khan questioned the government as to why it did not prosecute Nawaz Sharif.

He stressed that the caretaker set up should be transparent.
