KARACHI: A special Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Wednesday adjourned hearing of 'Geo News' reporter Wali Khan Babar murder case till September 11.
The hearing of the case was held in Central Jail Karachi. Advocate Salman Mujahid represented accused Shahrukh, Faisal Mehmood alia Nafisati (psycho), Syed Muhammad Ali Rizvi, Naveed Polka and Shakeel Malik.
According to sources, the statement of judicial magistrate south Nasrullah Korai, who recorded statements of the accused, could not be recorded owing to missing of vital documents of the sealed record.
The investigation officer in the case could also not appear in the court.
Later, ATC judge Ghulam Mustafa Memon adjourned the hearing of the case till September 11.
