Arsalan-Riaz case: Shoaib Suddle Commission begins probe

ISLAMABAD: Shoaib Suddle commission is going to start investigation into Arsalan Iftikhar case on Monday, Geo News reported.

According to sources notices will be issued to both the parties in the first phase of investigation.

Sources also added the Commission was working on the notices.

According to details the notices will be launched tomorrow and a week’s time will be given to the respondents to submit written replies.

It is mention-worthy that the commission has been made under the Supreme Court’s 1980 laws and holds comprehensive powers.

In-camera investigation may also take place, sources revealed further.

Income tax officers, law advisers will be on the commission while FIA, NAB, and police officers could be called in if needed, resources added.
